Refunds and exchanges

If you order an item and change your mind, please contact us at deegeecrafts@hotmail.com us within 14 days of delivery. Contact outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping charges will be at the cost of the customer.

If you order an item and it is the incorrect size, please contact us at deegeecrafts@hotmail.com. We can work with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Exchanging an item due to incorrect sizing may incurr an extra cost. Shipping charges will be at the cost of the customer.

If an order arrives and it is damaged, please email us at deegeecrafts@hotmail.com with 2 working days with photos of the damage as soon as the item arrived. These will be addressed on a case by case basis.

No refunds on sale items or on bracelets that have been overstretched.

If a refund is given, these can take up to 10 working days to process.
